Starring superstar Mahesh Babu as the hero, Guntur Karam is a family entertainer directed by word magician Trivikram Srinivas. The film, which was released in theaters on the occasion of Sankranti festival, has impressed the audience and fans. It did well at the box office. The film completed its 200-day run at Venkateswara Theatre, Chilakaluripet. It has to be said that it is a sensation to complete a run of 200 days even though it came as a digital premiere.
The movie Gangs of Godavari will be screened from today instead of this movie. In Guntur Karam, young beauty Sri Leela acted as the heroine, while Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ramya Krishna, Prakash Raj, Ishwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, Ajay Ghosh and others acted in key roles. Musical sensation Thaman has composed the music for the film.
