You have done some Tamil films in the past. And what is special about Rayan..?
I have worked with my favorite filmmakers in Tamil. I have done films like Captain Miller and now Rayan with Dhanush’s brother. I rarely get a character that I like. This will always be a memorable character in my career.
What is your role in Ryan?
It should be seen on the screen. Talking about the weightage of my character…Dhanush Anna gave me the character written for him. A character I haven’t done so far. The emotional angle is also very high. There will also be action. Looking forward very excitingly.

I will not say anything about the story now. Dhanush is the eldest, I am the second, and the third is Kalidas, a younger sister. This is the family. A story about this family. The screenplay is very new.
How did you feel acting in Dhanush’s direction?
It is a very tough film. I did 75 days of shooting for ninety days. Tough shooting experience for me. He also got a shoulder injury in the action scene. I used to apply grease and go to the set. Dhanush Anna is also very tough as a director. What kind of experience I felt with Krishnavamshi, Devakatta, Raj DK, Rayan also gave such a different experience. I learned many things from him.
The reason for giving the title to Ryan?
In this our family name is Rayan. This is an authentic story that takes place in North Madras. He said that it would be better to watch the story in North Madras in Telugu dubbing. They will enjoy Rayan as much as they enjoyed watching KGF and Thiru movies.

Pudupettai. We tried to remake Raghuvaran’s BTech movies.. but it was not possible at the last minute.

A film is being made with Nakkina Trinadha Rao. It is a good family entertainer. Also the movie Mayavan is going on. It is a science fiction, superhero type movie. Also I am vibe with Rahul and Swaroop. It is also very exciting.
