Superstar Rajinikanth’s next theatrical release is Veettaiyan. Directed by TJ Gnanavel of Jai Bheem fame, the legendary actor is playing the role of a cop in this action drama. Earlier it was announced that this movie will be released on October 10. But in the last few days there has been some confusion regarding the release. Recently, Rajini was asked about Indian 2 and Vettaiyaan by reporters at the airport.
Rajni replies, I have seen Indian 2, it is a good movie. As for Vettaiyan, the release date is yet to be locked. Dubbing work is going on. Cooley started shooting and said it was fine. The superstar’s announcement has added to the excitement over the release of Vettaiyaan. Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, Fahad Faasil, Manju Warrier, Dushara Vijayan, Ritika Singh, GM Sundar, Rohini, Rao Ramesh are playing key roles. Subhaskaran of Lyca Productions is producing this huge film. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music.
