On the occasion of Eid 2024, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn is coming to the audience with the sports drama Maidaan. The film is based on the biography of Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. Directed by Amit Sharma and produced by Boney Kapoor, the film received exceptional reviews from critics. But the film turned out to be one of the biggest disasters in Hindi cinema.
The Ajay Devgn starrer was originally planned as a pan-Indian film but released only in Hindi. The original version premiered on Prime Video on May 22, but until yesterday there was no trace of the dubbed versions. Maidan is now available for streaming in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages on Prime Video along with the Hindi version. This is a solid update for those who are waiting to watch this movie in South Indian languages. Maidan stars Priyamani, Gajraj Rao and Rudraneel Ghosh in pivotal roles. Boney Kapoor has produced this biopic in association with ZEE Studios. Oscar winner AR Rahman has composed the vocals.
