Telangana state CM Revanth Reddy imposed a condition for the Tollywood film industry. He said that this condition will be applicable to those who come to the government for permission related to the theaters and increase the ticket rates at the time of the release of any movie related to the film industry. He spoke about this in a recent program.
He suggested that programs should be conducted to bring awareness to the people on issues like drug control and cyber crimes in the state. He said that it should be taken as a social responsibility. Revanth made it a condition that those who come for a movie permission and permission to increase ticket rates should make a social awareness video with the stars of their movie and submit it to the government.
Revanth said that Megastar Chiranjeevi has recently made such an awareness video and presented it to the Telangana government. He suggested that more social awareness videos like this should come from the film industry.
