Rajamouli took to microblogging site Twitter to express his unpleasantness over the facilities at Delhi airport. He mentioned that passengers were seen sitting on the floor to fill RT-PCR papers as there were no tables or chairs. Some of the passengers were found propping against the walls to fill the papers according to his tweet.

The ace director and film maker who got recognition worldwide for his magnum opus Baahubali also mentioned that the presence of stray dogs at the exit gate of the airport which was not a pleasant sight for foreigners visiting our country, he further mentioned in his tweet. 

Rajamouli who arrived by Lufthansa flight at 1 a.m. on Friday morning made these remarks which will definitely go a long way in pointing out various deficiencies in our airports which need to be addressed in time. As crores of rupees are being spent on the maintenance of airports, its minimum responsibility of the airports to provide basic amenities like proper seating for passengers and ensure that the airports and its surroundings are maintained in a spick and span condition all over the country.

In response, Delhi airport authorities have taken up the issue and tweeted that they are providing extra chairs and tables for filling RT-PCR forms and said that they will take necessary steps to resolve other issues as well.
