Two South Indian actresses who acted in Tamil films were rescued from flesh trade in Mumbai according to the reports confirmed by the police. In this connection police has arrested three people including two women and a man.

The police has said that a woman from Mumbra is acting as an agent and supplying women to the customers in a residential area in Naupada area of the city which is being acted as a brothel. On a tip off, the police laid a trap and sent a dummy customer who had a deal with the woman agent for an orchestra girl, model or a film actress for which Rs.2 lakhs was quoted by the woman who later agreed to send two actresses for Rs.1.8 lakhs each.

The accused woman, Hasina Memon has arranged the actresses and sent them through Vishal alias Sunilkumar Uttamchand Jain of Goregaon to the Naupada residence of one Sweety. The police raided the flat and apprehended the two women and the man and seized Rs. 2,14,015 in cash and costly mobile phones from the accused. The actresses whose identity was not revealed were lured into the flesh trade by promising good money by the organizers.
