Etela Rajender who was dropped from the council of Ministers of Telangana by the Chief Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao has defended himself and said that he is ready to resign from the MLA post once he gets the opinion of the people of his constituency, Huzurabad based on which he will decide the future course of action.
Meanwhile, Rajender further elaborated that the report submitted by the Collector and other authorities on the alleged land grabbing is baseless and fabricated. He further pointed out that how an enquiry was conducted without his presence and its a lopsided enquiry conducted by deploying heave police force which is not appropriate, he added in the media conference which he addressed today.
Rajender has also contended that he is not in business since he joined TRS party and only his wife and son are looking after the businesses. He also demanded for a fair enquiry by a sitting Judge on his assets and properties and also questioned KCR about not giving prior notice on enquiry or furnishing the report to him by the Collector. He further found fault with the enquiry conducted by the Collector which he described as nothing but a conspiracy to tarnish his image among public.
