Cops issue fresh notice to Allu Arjun; urges the 'Pushpa 2' star to keep his visit to stampede victim at hospital 'confidential' | - Times of India

Allu Arjun had planned to visit an eight-year-old boy injured during the stampede at the Pushpa 2 premiere but canceled the visit following legal advice. The boy, who was critically injured in the incident at Sandhya Theater on December 4, is currently receiving treatment at KIMS Hospital in Secunderabad. Tragically, his mother lost her life in the stampede.

Ramgopalpet Police had made arrangements for Allu Arjun’s visit, which was scheduled for 10:30 AM on January 5, 2025. They had requested the actor to keep the visit private to avoid public disruption, ensuring that public order was maintained both inside and outside the hospital premises. The police were ready to escort the actor and his team, but on the advice of his manager, the visit was canceled last minute.

A notice issued by the Ramgopalpet Police confirmed the cancellation, stating that although the necessary arrangements had been made, the visit was called off. The police reiterated that they were prepared to facilitate a confidential visit to ensure the safety and peace around the hospital.

Despite agreeing to the police’s conditions for the visit, Allu Arjun chose to cancel it after consulting his legal team. The actor’s gesture was initially seen as an effort to express his concern for the boy and his family during a tragic and sensitive time.
